In our 2-year program, the twice annual services are customized to your HVAC units’ specific needs, taking into account its condition and environmental factors when scheduling cleaning and maintenance, thus optimizing each service call. If you’re not yet a member of our program, we recommend you schedule our services twice a year to ensure that your units get the proper cleaning and maintenance needed in order to run smoothly, efficiently, and Eco Friendly, at the same time helping to prolong the life span of the machines.

Our crew will work in a pleasant and neat manner to renew your unit, disassembling it to perform a power wash and to clean all the little parts and coils, then reassembling it professionally.

Our professionally trained crew does a thorough examination of the units, which includes checking the freon levels, belt, compressor, motor, and whatever else is necessary to ensure that the machine is functioning optimally; with the goal of preventing issues from happening or tackling small issues that may already be present before they exacerbate and cause more serious damage.

Both indoor and outdoor units need regular maintenance in order for your HVAC system to perform properly and improve efficiency. Since clean indoor units have a direct result on the air quality in your home, we emphasize on the importance of having them cleaned annually, or at least once in 2 years. Outdoor condensers must be cleaned in order to maintain efficiency of the machine and improve its function, thereby greatly reducing utility costs and prolonging the life of the unit.

No. We take over all responsibility of maintaining and servicing units once they have been installed, priming them for maximum function and efficiency.

Since we don’t sell units, the only goal at Whistle is to help each customer enjoy fresh air. With crews extensively trained in specialty cleaning and locating issues, we are not distracted or driven by an agenda of selling you a new machine and will spare no effort in trying to save a unit.

If you are dealing with asthma or allergy, a Whistle cleaning will clear the contaminants that have settled in your units and are potentially polluting your air, spreading harmful bacteria that can be detrimental to your health. In addition, construction is a silent cause for trouble, so you always want to clean your HVAC post construction and when moving to a new space, to remove any accumulated dust and possible allergens.
